How does shipping and delivery work?

For shipping to Hawaii or International orders please email us at info@waterkids.com.
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
For orders in boxes under 8ft in length: Orders will be shipped via standard shipping. After your order you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. The standard return policy may be applied.
For orders in boxes over 8ft in length: Orders will be shipped via freight shipping. After your order you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. The freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone must be present to sign for delivery. The signee must inspect the shipment before signing, after signing the shipment is considered 'as-is' and returns may not be applied. If there is any issue then do not sign for the shipment and email us at info@waterkids.com and we will send you a new shipment immediately.
