We offer returns on any item damaged during shipping if claimed within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery to be valid.
You will need to provide pictures of the damage and do not open the package.
If the package is opened or the item is used it cannot be returned.
If your item has been damaged during shipping please be sure to make your claim as soon as possible.
We currently do not offer refunds or accept returns for any other reason at this time.
